V torek, 9. 12. 2025, te vabimo, da se nam ob 16.00 pridružiš na dvorišču Vetrinjskega dvora, kjer bomo začeli Interesni safari z umetnico_kom ghenwa (noiré) abou fayad.

Vabimo te na sprehodu po mestu, ki bo tokrat obravnaval tematiko revolucij, nemirov in protestov skozi prizmo jezika in sloganov. Interesni safari je oblika druženja, kombinacija predavanja in sprehoda po mestu na različnih lokacijah, kjer skupaj z gostujočimi umetnicami_ki platforme SobaZaGosteMaribor in kuratorjem Simonom Žlahtičem raziskujemo temo interesa rezidentk_ov.

Tokratno druženje bo povezovalo umetničino_kovo zanimanje za jezik in pomen, ki ga nosijo politične in revolucionarne parole. Zato se bomo sprehodili od Vetrinjskega dvora do različnih trgov in lokacij, kjer so se tekom zgodovine zadrževale množice, ali pomembni zgodovinski dogodki. Delili bomo zgodbe, mnenja in anekdote, povezane z omenjeno temo, pridružite se nam in spoznajte ghenwa (noiré) abou fayad.

We invite you to take a walk through the city, which this time will focus on the theme of revolutions, unrests, and protests through the prism of language and slogans. The Interest Safari is a form of socializing, a combination of a lecture and a walk through the city to various locations, where, together with guest artists from the GuestRoomMaribor platform and curator Simon Žlahtič, we explore the theme of interest of the residents.

This gathering will connect the artists’ interest in language and the meaning conveyed by political and revolutionary slogans. Therefore, we will walk from Vetrinjski dvor to various squares and locations where crowds have gathered throughout history or where important historical events have taken place. We will share stories, opinions, and anecdotes related to the aforementioned theme. Join us and get to know ghenwa (noiré) abou fayad.
