ATHENESI (thrash metal – Italy) + lokalna podpora
The band was formed in 2020 by vocalist/lead guitarist Marco Espada, ex-rhythm guitarist Mattia Bonacina and drummer Alessandro Ferraro meeting through a Facebook post. They started rehearsing some covers and writing new music together while searching for a bass player and after a while bassist Matteo Boschini joined the band, finally completing the lineup.
They kept practicing and writing music until Jean Manuel Albericci Origo, owner of the Midnight Studio (where the band used to practice), casually heard them and immediately saw the band’s potential, proposing himself as a co-producer for the debut album.
